PT. ALBANY offers a detailed planning process included in our service. Beginning with your RFQ, PT. ALBANY engages the project team to begin the planning process. We have created a schedule and identified the relevant work packages that will be developed once the order is awarded. Our work packages do not control the outage but guide the quality aspects of the outage. We believe that everyone on the team wants to do a good job, but we also know that anyone can make a mistake. Therefore, our work package philosophy is one of identifying critical work activities and having those activities signed-off by multiple people.
